1. Printout of colour Application Forms - 2 No's (From the Online application portal)

2. 10th statement of marks (Originals & 2 sets of photo copy),

3. 12th statement of marks (Originals & 2 sets of photo copy),

4. UG all 6 semester mark sheet or consolidated statement of marks (Originals & 2 sets of photo copy)

5. Provisional Certificate (Originals & 2 sets of photo copy)

6. Degree Certificate (Originals & 2 sets of photo copy).

7. Fee for MBA Rs.21100/-
